Jennifer was born in Ft. Worth, Texas but was raised in Key West, Florida.  She was attending the University of South Florida when she met and married her husband.  After having two sons, Jennifer finished her college education at Liberty University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a minor in English Studies.  Jennifer was a stay-at-home mom for about nine years and returned to the workforce in October of 2015.  When she’s not working as an Estate Planning Legal Assistant she loves spending time with her “munchkins and pups” and having fun in the sun.

Kelly Scagliotti

Kelly was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, but moved to Fort Myers, Florida at three months of age. Kelly has a love of learning and is a former kindergarten teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a Minor in Interdisciplinary Studies, and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. She also began coursework to get a master’s degree in Counseling before deciding to take a break from school. Kelly has two grown daughters who are married to wonderful men, and a fabulous grandson she gets to visit at least once a week. This third generation Floridian is a huge Florida State fan and when she’s not flaunting her garnet and gold, she spends a fair amount of her spare time trying to convince her rescue dog that she is the pack leader.

Cooper Scagliotti

Woof Woof!   My name is Cooper Leland and I’m Prather & Swank’s Director of Happiness.  I was rescued from a parking lot as a puppy and immediately adopted by my mom, Kelly.  I have been spreading joy and a bit of mischief around the halls of the law firm ever since then. I love to jump, play, eat and wipe my fur on the business attire of every human I can find.  In fact, leaving fur on dry clean only clothing is my specialty.
